Lojan Sanne's Spindle
Discover Sanne’s Spindles, crafted from beech laminated wood with a bamboo shaft. A versatile tool for all your spinning needs!
We have two sizes available. The spindle made from 18 mm beech laminated wood weighs approximately 23 grams, and the spindle made from 25 mm beech laminated wood weighs approximately 29 grams. Most of the weight is placed on the outer edge of the disc, allowing the spindles to spin longer while still being lightweight.
These spindles come as DIY kits, making them easy to ship in a letterbox-sized package. You can assemble it either regular as a top whorl spindle, or as a bottom whorl spindle by securing the disc on the opposite end of the hook and use a pencil sharpener to create a point. The package includes a small tool for assembly, sandpaper, and an assembly and spinning guide.
